WWO supports the hosting of the Peace Festival in China
Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the release of the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage by the United Nations, World Women Organization (WWO) supports the hosting of the Peace Festival in China, the delegates at the meeting jointly released doves of peace, expressing their good wish to call on the world to promote peace, in order to celebrate the Peace Day.

The Peace Festival in Beijing of China, jointly organized by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the China World Peace Foundation, the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, the Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and the Beijing Returned Overseas Chinese Federation held at the Heyuan Museum in Beijing. The World Women Organization (WWO) participated as a supporter in the event. The official website of UNESCO conducted a global live broadcast of the event. Politicians from over 160 countries, leaders of international organizations, ambassadors to China, government officials, leaders of democratic parties, well-known figures from all walks of life, and young people attended this grand event offline.
