Through keynote remarks, high-level panel discussions, and the Impact Award Ceremony, the summit underscored World Women Organization’s commitment to advancing practical solutions, strengthening women’s voices, and accelerating meaningful progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals.
The summit opened with check-in and networking, followed by remarks from global women leaders and advocates.
In her opening remarks, Angela R., Director-General of World Women Organization, emphasized that women’s leadership must be understood not as a symbolic agenda, but as a global priority for peace, development, justice, and shared prosperity. She noted that as the world moves toward 2030, the international community must accelerate collective action to ensure that women and girls are not only protected and included, but fully empowered to lead decision-making, shape institutions, drive innovation, and build resilient societies.

During the summit, Jing Zhao Cesarone, Executive Chair of the World Women Organization Global Women’s Leadership Summit delivered remarks on the critical importance of women’s leadership as a force for global transformation and lasting impact.
